This site only accepts Credit and Debit cards or electronic EFT payments via the safe and secure SID and VCS/PAYGATE payment gateways.

 

Shipping And Handling Service:

Goods are delivered within 5 – 7 business days once your order has been placed and you’ve received a shipping notification and your waybill number. Skynet requires a valid street address in South Africa  for their door-2-door service. We do not ship to postal boxes.(Once official Shipping has commenced)

All orders can be tracked on the Skynet website using the following link and your waybill number.

 

Your order will only be delivered if the consignee listed on the order and waybill is there to sign for it, unless ‘special instructions’ are given in advance. Proof of identification may be requested.

 

Once the package has been received and signed for by the consignee, our guarantee against damage or loss will become void. We recommend immediately opening and checking your package before signing to ensure the delivery matches your original order. Mistakes cannot be rectified afterward. Should what you have received not match what you ordered [insert action here].

www.dncombrandshop.co.za does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other party.
